Where can I find a size guide? 

Each product has it's own size guide/recommendations, just click on the item and scroll down

How long does delivery take and can I track my order?

Delivery times are on the 'delivery' tab at the bottom of the page, once shipped you will receive a tracking code via email

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes we ship worldwide, just enter your address in at the checkout

How do I return my order?

Please check our returns policy at the bottom of the page - if you would like a refund, just send over an email and we will issue the returns address (Please note sale items are exchange only)

Do you have a physical store?

We are online only but follow our socials to keep up to date with our pop up stores where you can see items in person

How do I wash my items? 

Check the care label! Each item has individual care instructions on how to look after your new Sheen London pieces - follow the guidelines to make sure they last and stay in their best condition
